Our team study material property and site condition before providing flow diagram, sizing of equipment and layout preparation.

After sales, our execution team prepare project planning bar chart, layout drawing, equipment three-dimensional diagram, equipment foundation drawing as per site condition.

During plant commission our team provide technical training for following; -

  • overall check before starting up operation
  • Periodic check of the equipment during the normal operation i.e. lubricate the rotating parts, physical condition of equipment, fasteners re-tightening with appropriate torque, Hydraulic and instrumentation inspection and fault finding, temperature monitoring, wear parts inspection etc.
  • Safety and quality check for the key parts after operation.

We provide our service professional to overhaul and also upgrade the plant. Original wear and spare parts suggestion for smooth operation and maintenance of the plant. For the same we provide operation, maintenance and spare parts manual.
